Staff can apply for training course and kickstarts a approval workflow with email notifications. HR/Admin can manage the training payments and progress of trainings.

Courses

Course listings including certifications, scholarships and diploma. HR/Admin can view participants of this course. Reviews and evaluations of this course can be made here too!

Plans

Develop department training plan into the system.
When staff applies for the course, they would be able to select from the training plan if it is a “planned” course.

Budgets

Administrator is able to create and modify the departments training budget information. They have two types of budget:

(Department budget, Central Budget)

Every year administrator has assign the training budget for each department. Administrator is able to create new department if necessary.

Accounts

Users in this system and respective training application approvers.

Purpose

Designed to manage training program lifecycle from budgeting, planning, requisitions, approvals and progress.
